Hola, cómo están? Espero que estén bien. En este post les vengo a compartir uno de mis antojos de merienda de manera sencilla. Se trata de un delicioso y esponjoso biscocho de limón, muy fácil y rápido de preparar con solo una bolsita.

Hi everyone, how are you? I hope you're doing well. In this post, I'm going to share one of my favorite snacks with you in a simple way. It's a delicious and fluffy lemon cake, very easy and quick to prepare with just a baking mix.

INGREDIENTS/ INGREDIENTES

• Mantequilla/ Butter
• 2 huevos/ 2 eggs
• 1 bolsa de instantánea cake/ 1 bag of instant cake mix
• 1 taza de leche líquida/ 1 cup of milk

PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO

Para empezar, haremos la mezcla en un bowl donde colocaremos la mantequilla mezclada con la bolsita de torta instantánea.

To begin, we will make the mixture in a bowl where we will place the butter mixed with the instant cake mix.

Seguimos con 2 huevos.

We continue with 2 eggs.

Le iremos agregando poco a poco la taza de leche líquida hasta ir teniendo una mezcla espesa.

We will gradually add the cup of liquid milk until we have a thick mixture.

Para terminar, colocaremos la mezcla realizada en una bandeja de preferencia (cubierta en mantequilla y harina de trigo).

Metemos al horno de 180° por unos 30-35 minutos. A disfrutar!

Finally, place the mixture in a baking pan (greased and floured).
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
