Llegó la hora de preparar nuestras berenjenas empanizadas, de esta manera procedemos a pelar retirando toda su concha y cortándolas en láminas delgadas, colocamos un recipiente con un poco de agua agregamos sal y sumergimos las láminas de berenjena por unos 5 minutos, luego la pasamos por un colador para retirar toda su agua y seguidamente la pasamos por un poco de harina de trigo condimentada con sazonatodo, finalmente la llevaremos a freír por ambas partes.
