Buen día amigos, felíz y bendecido viernes en esta oportunidad les comparto unas ricas albóndigas rellenas con queso al horno. 🧀🍖
🍖 Ingredients:
300 grams of ground beef.
Diced cheese.
1 white onion.
2 garlic cloves.
Green onion sprigs.
Cilantro sprigs.
Salt and pepper to taste. Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Annatto.
Oil and margarine as needed.
Flour for breading.
🍖 Ingredientes:
300 gramos de carne molida.
Queso en cuadraditos.
1 cebolla blanca.
2 dientes de ajo.
Ramas de cebollín.
Ramas de cilantro.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Salsa inglesa y salsa de soya.
Onoto.
Aceite y margarina la necesaria.
Harina para empanizar.
🍖 Preparation:
Marinate the meat with garlic and grated onion, salt, pepper, annatto, scallions, and finely chopped cilantro. Knead well to combine all the ingredients. Let them rest for a while.
Shape the meatballs and place a square of cheese 🧀 inside. Knead well and coat with enough flour. Let them rest again. Add oil and margarine to a dish. Then place the meatballs in the oven. Place these delicious meatballs on a delicious puree, accompanied by a lettuce 🥬 and sliced tomato 🍅 salad.

🍖 Preparación:
Adobamos la carne con ajo y cebolla rallada, sal, pimienta, onoto, cebollín y cilantro finalmente picado, amasamos bien para integrar todos los ingredientes, las dejamos reposar un rato.
Formamos las bolitas y les colocamos un cuadradito de queso 🧀 dentro amasamos bien y pasamos por suficiente harina y dejamos reposar de nuevo, colocamos aceite y margarina en una fuente y luego colocamos las bolitas de carne para luego llevarlas al horno, estás ricas bolitas de carne las coloque sobre un rico puré acompañado por una ensalada de lechuga 🥬 y tomate 🍅 en rodajas.
