Hola amigos como se encuentran? hoy les quiero compartir un delicioso pollito sudado con algunos vegetales.
🍗 Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken breasts.
1/2 medium white onion.
1/2 carrot.
2 cloves of garlic.
Salt and pepper.
Soy mustard sauce.
🍗 Ingredientes:
1/2 kg pechugas de pollo.
1/2 cebolla blanca mediana.
1/2 zanahoria.
2 dientes de ajo.
Sal y pimienta.
Salsa de soya mostaza.
🍗 Preparation:
I'll start by thoroughly washing the chicken breast pieces and cutting them into small pieces. Set aside.
Cut the onion in half and then slice it into rings. Slice the carrot in half lengthwise, and finely chop the garlic.
Place a pot or pan over medium heat with a tablespoon of oil and sauté all the vegetables briefly. Then add the chicken pieces and sauté thoroughly. Add a few tablespoons of water, cover the pot, and cook over low heat until the chicken is very moist. I served this delicious dish with a generous salad of shredded carrots, thinly sliced onions, and diced tomatoes—a simple and very nutritious meal.

🍗 Preparación:
Comenzaré lavando bien los trozos de pechuga y cortamos en trozos pequeños, reservamos.
Cortamos la cebolla por la mitad y después hacemos aros, la zanahoria en rodajas cortadas por la mitad, los ajos los cortamos muy chiquitos.
Colocamos una olla o sartén al fuego con una cucharada de aceite y ponemos todos los vegetales a sofreír un poco, luego agregamos el pollo cortado en trozos y sofreimos bastante, agregamos unas cucharadas de agua y tapamos la olla y cocinamos a fuego bajo para que se sude bastante, este exquisito platillo lo acompañé con una abundante ensalada de zanahoria rallada cebolla en juliana muy finas y tomate cortado en cuadritos, un plato sencillo y muy nutritivo.
