Hello my friends, I wish you an excellent day, today I stop by to share with everyone a delicious recipe that of course includes our beloved coffee as a special ingredient, this recipe is a traditional dessert from my country (Venezuela), it cannot be missing in the celebration of a birthday, or pastries, or it is also common, to have it at home to enjoy a perfect snack, I am talking about a flan or coffee cheese, this dessert is without a doubt special, we prepare it with few ingredients, and it is one of The easiest desserts to prepare, the most common, are quesillo or milk flan, coconut, but this coffee one, it is crazy with flavors, the coffee gives it that magnificent touch and aroma, and I know that it is going to please you. love it, I share the step by step.
Delicious flan or coffee cheese.

Ingredients:

1 can of condensed milk.
5 Eggs.
Strong black coffee, you can use instant or normal coffee. The same amount from the can of condensed milk. (Normally it's about two cups of coffee.)
5 and 1/2 tablespoons of sugar.
- You can add a touch of rum, I don't add it, because my little one loves this dessert, but the rum highlights its delicious flavor.
Preparation:
1- First, we must cook the caramel, for this, we add the tablespoons of sugar to a baking pan, over medium high heat, we let the caramel form, when we see that all the sugar is golden and diluted, the sugar will be ready. candy. We remove the pot from the heat and spread it over the sides. We reserve.



2- We add the eggs, the condensed milk, and the coffee to a bowl, and beat with the help of a whisk, beat for a few minutes, making sure not to form too much foam, we can also add everything to the mixer and that's it, beat for a few minutes until everything is well integrated.



3- We add the mixture to the mold with the caramel, which must have already rested, and must be more or less cold, we close it with aluminum foil, and the lid of the mold, and we take it to the oven to cook it in a bain-marie, this is what That is, in a container, we place the mold with the mixture, once in the oven we add hot water and let it cook for approximately 1 hour and a half.


4- After the time has passed, we remove it from the oven, we can open the mold carefully, and prick it with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, we will know exactly that our flan is ready.
5- We let it rest until it is completely cold, then we unmold it, put it in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes or 1 hour, and then enjoy this delicious dessert with coffee, I assure you that its flavor is great.
