The right thing she would have done would have been to call you first and explain all that she wanted to do. We live in a crazy world, anybody can scam anybody, even close friends. I really don't think you were wrong and I love how you handled the situation. Nice one

        You said it all. Anybody can scam anybody and at the end, it'll look normal with a little bit of "sorry " here and there😅
