¡Una bendecida navidad para todos!
Hoy, amigos, he tenido un día especial, de esos que te renuevan la energía con vibras positivas, a pesar de pasar una navidad atípica.¿ Y se preguntarán el por qué atípica ?
Pues esta Navidad , solo la pasé en compañía de mi esposo, pues mi familia debido a las secuelas de virus , muchos estamos prácticamente sin poder realizar caminatas extensas.Así que optamos por las felicidades virtuales.
Créanme, al inicio del día me entristecí, pues ya me veía disfrutando todos juntos de una hermosa cena familiar.
-¿Qué hacemos amor de cenar para este día?
Esa fue la interrogante de mi esposo con su semblante acongojado, que cambió inmediatamente al de risa y sorpresa al escucharme referir:
-Cariño, hoy vamos a simular un restaurante en casa, tanto en decorado como en : comida, bebida, música.
Al inicio, la idea le pareció un poco perturbante, pero al verme comenzar cambiar cortinas, la posición de la mesa, muebles, y de colocar a enfriar una botella de vino pasa.Solo exclamó: Yo seré el chef de la cena navideña, tu la repostera, para luego es tarde.
Muestras de afecto recíprocas fueron dadas entre ambos mientras confeccionamos el menú, que estaría compuesto por : Bisteces de pollo en salsa, arroz amarillo condimentado con caldo de pollo, boniatos hervido, y de postre un cremoso arroz con leche, y un delicioso flan con sabor a vainilla, que resultó poseer una textura como una jalea deliciosa, al desplomarse, mientras lo desmontaba caliente.Recuerden siempre amigos, darles minutos de enfriamiento cuando lo realicen, para evitar estos sucesos.
Agotadora la labor del restaurante hogareño, pero valió la pena y más cuando una vez montada la mesa, decidimos alistarnos para la velada romántica navideña.
Amigos, emocionados disfrutamos de los ricos sabores mixtos, que lograron junto al delicioso frío vino pasa, y las canciones de Marco Antonio Solís, simular un restaurante de cinco estrellas en esta hermosa Navidad.

A blessed Christmas to all!
Today, friends, I had a special day, one of those that renew your energy with positive vibes, despite spending an atypical Christmas. And will you ask yourself why atypical?
Well, this Christmas, I only spent it in the company of my husband, because my family, due to the virus sequels, many of us are practically unable to go on extensive walks.So we opted for virtual congratulations.
Believe me, at the beginning of the day I was sad, because I could already see myself enjoying a beautiful family dinner together.
-What are we doing love dinner for this day?
That was the question of my husband with his distressed countenance, which immediately changed to one of laughter and surprise when he heard me refer to:
-Honey, today we are going to simulate a restaurant at home, both in decoration and in : food, drink, music.
At first, the idea seemed a little disturbing, but seeing me start changing curtains, the position of the table, furniture, and from placing to cooling a bottle of wine passes.He just exclaimed: I'll be the chef of the Christmas dinner, you'll be the pastry chef, and then it's too late.
Reciprocal signs of affection were given between both while we were making the menu, which would be composed of: Chicken steaks in sauce, yellow rice seasoned with chicken broth, boiled sweet potatoes, and for dessert a creamy rice pudding, and a delicious vanilla flavored flan, which turned out to have a texture like a delicious jelly, when collapsed, while disassembling it hot.Always remember friends, give them minutes of cooling off when you do it, to avoid these events.
The work of the homely restaurant was exhausting, but it was worth it and even more so when once the table was set, we decided to get ready for the romantic Christmas evening.
Friends, excited we enjoyed the rich mixed flavors, which managed together with the delicious cold wine pasa, and the songs of Marco Antonio Solis, simulate a five-star restaurant on this beautiful Christmas.
Congratulations to everyone! and I ask you: Would you dare to recreate a restaurant at home?
