Todo va a estar bien"...¿qué más se le puede pedir a la vida? Además, la pequeña dona era bastante aesthetic.
¿Tercer Momento Foodie? Una tarde de celebración con mis amigos de la Universidad. Festejábamos un año de nuestra graduación y, por supuesto, como somos casi treintañeros a los que ya no les sienta demasiado bien una cerveza, fuimos a tomar café a una de mis panaderías favoritas: Rosita. Como queríamos algo para picar ellos tomaron en cuenta mi sugerencia y terminamos probando la pizza italiana a base de Masa Madre con salsa de tomate, mozarella, aceite de oliva, prosciutto y pesto. Third Foodie Moment? An afternoon of celebration with my college friends. We were celebrating one year of our graduation and, of course, as we are almost thirty-somethings who don't feel too good with a beer anymore, we went for coffee at one of my favorite bakeries: Rosita. Since we wanted something to snack on they took my suggestion into consideration and we ended up trying the Italian pizza based on Masa Madre with tomato sauce, mozzarella, olive oil, prosciutto and pesto. In the end, this was just an appetizer because we ended up going to a restaurant and chose a steakhouse that left the three of us sufficiently satiated. The funny thing about this was watching my friend making what he categorized as a gourmet sandwich.
