Hello everything, how are you, I hope you are fine wherever you are on this occasion, I will share my recipe, namely Boh Rom-Rom, we usually call here in Aceh if in Indonesian, yes, every country has a name, which is not surprised for us, okay, just see the way I make it.
First I had to take coconut and grate my husband because I had to prepare the others and I took enough sticky rice flour and I put it in the container.
And I put a little hot water, salt and ordinary water into the flour and I stir it until soft using my hands directly so that we can run quickly and we can be round right.
The grated coconut is ready to be served and also the brown sugar that I have prepared.
Well, I take the flour that I have soft and I round it first and hole in the middle and I put brown sugar into it.
After I put the sugar, I closed and rounded it again like I did it first and I had boiled water and I put it in boiling water, wait until the klepon floated on the water and was ready to be lifted and I put it on a grated coconut and I balled it with it.
And this is the result, boh rom-rom or even called klepon tastes good with the sweet sugar in it, how to make it is also so easy, it tastes very delicious and children really like it.
