I had a hard time obtaining the necessary herbs and ended up buying a dried herb packet through Amazon.

It's only now dinner time here and I expect they will be eating it soon.

        Lemongrass, galangal, kaffir, we don't have these herbs here, and I'm not sure where to find them. If I were to prepare this, I'd probably use some similar herbs I can see here.

              We used to have a little Asian grocery store here, but it closed during the pandemic. Now I would need to ask my city kids to get them for me.
