Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz jueves con aromas a viernes jeje ya casi termina la semana de entrenamiento y por aca les quiero compartir esa rutina poderosa para trabajar el abdomen, sin esperanzas de que salgan los chocolaticos obvio 😂 no se emocionen jajaja esos salen es con la comida jaja!! Pero debemos tener una zona media fuerte, asi que trabajarla 2 o 3 veces ppr semana es ideal!!
Aca les dejo varios movimientos que pueden realizar con las repeticiones que les indico, o realizando cada movimiento durante 1 minuto!! Lo mas importante es que mantengan una correcta respiracion y que sepan que si esto no es acompañado de una buena alimentacion, no habran cambios!! asi que son mas que decir.
