
Hola amigos de @hivefood espero que esten muy bien, hoy les traigo de receta lo que me resolvio el almuerzo, porque ademas de ser facil de preparar, es DELICIOSO y es algo que no comemos todos los dias, asi que podemos disfrutar de ella sin mucha culpa, ademas como el cochino no es frito como tal, porque lo hago en la freidora, esta genial, asi que dicho esto, manos a la obra👇👇

Today I bring you a recipe that solved my lunch dilemma, because besides being easy to prepare, it is DELICIOUS and something we don't eat every day, so we can enjoy it without feeling too guilty. Plus, since the pork isn't fried as such, because I make it in the air fryer, it's great. So, with that said, let's get to work👇👇

INGREDIENTES:
✔️ 1 bolsa de Cachapas PAN
✔️ 1 huevo
✔️ 3 tazas de agua
✔️ 1/3 taza de leche
✔️ 2 cucharadas de aceite
✔️ Queso guayanes
✔️ 1kg de chuleta de paleta de cerdo
INGREDIENTS:
✔️ 1 bag of Cachapas PAN
✔️ 1 egg
✔️ 3 cups of water
✔️ 1/3 cup of milk
✔️ 2 tablespoons of oil
✔️ Guayanes cheese
✔️ 1kg of pork shoulder chop

Okey lo primero que hacemos es cortar el cochino es trozos no tan pequeños, para luego sazonarlos netamente con sal y oregano, porque el cochino no necesita de nada mas verdad? Jajaja
Okay, the first thing we do is cut the pork into pieces that aren't too small, then season them well with salt and oregano, because pork doesn't need anything else, right? Hahaha.


Luego vamos a llevar a la freidora 10 minutos a 120° y 5 a 180° para que se dore, yo lo hice en 3 tandas porque no entraba todo
Then we'll put it in the fryer for 10 minutes at 120° and 5 minutes at 180° to brown it. I did it in 3 batches because it didn't all fit in at once.


Mientras se cocinaba el cochino hacemos las cachapas y esto es tan facil como agregar la mezcla a un envase y el resto de los ingredientes y dejamos reposar 5 minutos y ya esta lista para comenzar a cocinarla
While the pork is cooking, we make the cachapas. This is as easy as adding the mixture to a container with the rest of the ingredients, letting it rest for 5 minutes, and then it's ready to cook.



En una plancha bien caliente agregamos un poco de aceite para qur no se nos peguen, agregamos una cucharada grande de mezcla y esparcimos, dejamos cocinar 3 minutos de cada lado y listo
Add a little oil to a hot griddle to prevent sticking, add a large spoonful of the mixture and spread it out, cook for 3 minutes on each side, and it's ready.


Cuando esten listas les agregamos el queso para que se derrita 🤤 si tienen mozzarella o mejor aun, queso de mano, la comen con eso, sino, con el guayanes va perfecta tambien🥰
When they're ready, add the cheese so it melts. If you have mozzarella or, even better, hand cheese, eat it with that. Otherwise, Guayanes cheese goes perfectly with it too.🥰

Estaba listo el cochino y asi quedo nuestro almuerzo🤤🤤
