​Hola amigos de @hivefood espero que hayan disfrutado de su fin de semana, por aca 100% en casa, mucha lluvia 🙃 pero bueno siempre comiendo rico, y hoy hice unas alitas con chuleta ahumada qud me quedaron demasiado ricas asi que aca les dejo la receta👇

**​INGREDIENTES:
​✔️ 700gr de Alas
✔️ 1 Chuleta
✔️ 2 papas
✔️ 1 cebollas
✔️medio Pimenton
✔️ Paprika
✔️ mostaza
✔️ Sal

✔️ 1 Pork Chop
✔️ 2 potatoes
✔️ 1 onion
✔️ half Bell Pepper
✔️ Paprika
✔️ mustard
✔️ Salt

​Okey lo primero que hice fue picar las alas, y aunque muchos le quitan la puntica, yo no boto NADA okey? A mi me encanta chupar huesitos jeje asi que yo no desperdicio nada, tambien picamos la chuleta en cuadritos

​vamos a sazonar con la paprika, mostaza oregano, y sal y dejamos reposar unos 20 minutos

​Mientras tanto picanos la cebolla y el pimenton en cuadrito

​El siguiente paso es agregar un poco de aceite a una paila con media cucharadita de azucar, cuando esta se esté poniendo oscura, agregamos las alitas y doramos, para luego agregar el aliño

​The next step is to add a little oil to a pan with half a teaspoon of sugar; when it starts to darken, we add the wings and brown them, and then add the seasoning.

​Movemos y dejamos cocinar unos 5 minutos para luego agregarle las papas y un poco de agua, tapamos y dejamos cocinar unos 40 minutos a fuego medio

​We stir and let it cook for about 5 minutes, then add the potatoes and a little water, cover it, and let it cook for about 40 minutes over medium heat.

​Y asi quedaron 🥰🤤 la verdad estaban riquisimas, la chuleta le dio un gusto DIVINO y las papas hicieron una salsa muy cremosa 🤤 asi que si no lo han preparado, haganla que no se arrepentiran🥰
