Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz dia para todos!! Es un gusto estar de nuevo ppr aca, y en esta ocasion voy a compartir con ustedes la ultima rutina del año 🥰 Dios, que rapido pasaron estos 365 dias jeje pero si, esta es la ultima rutina, ya que sabado y domingo toca "descanso" de los ejercicios, porque del resto voy a andar siempre en movimiento jeje y el 31 lo que mas voy a mover va a ser la boca😂😂 ¿Para que mentirles? Jajaja pero el primero de enero aprovechando que sera lunes vamos a arrancar con todas las pilas puestas!!
Pero por lo pronto les dejo esta rutina por aca, trabajando el cuerpo completo me Parece que es la mejor forma de cerrar este 2023😍 Asi que animense y haganla!! Y antes de que me pierda varios dias, FELIZ AÑO NUEVOOOOO para todos jeje que pasen un dia super familiar y lindo💙💙

Hello hello friends of @fulldeportes happy day to all of you! It's a pleasure to be back here, and this time I'm going to share with you the last routine of the year 🥰 God, how fast these 365 days went by hehe but yes, this is the last routine, since Saturday and Sunday is "rest" of the exercises, because the rest I will always be moving hehe and the 31 what I'm going to move more will be the mouth😂😂 Why lie to you? Hahaha but on January 1st, taking advantage that it will be Monday, we are going to start with all the batteries on!
