Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero.hayan tenido un excelente inicio de semana!! Por aca siempre activa con el ejercicio, drenando todo lo malo jeje y al mismo tiempo trabajando por verme y sentirme mejor cada dia!! No siempre hay animos, pero ya tenemos la disciplina que al final es lo mas importante!
Hoy les comparto una rutina basica para trabajar todo el cuerpo completo en series de 10 reoeticiones por ejercicios, si cumplen las 5 rondas son 200 movimientos en total!! Y lo que al principio parecia una rutina facil, veran que es bien exigente, asi que espero se animen a hacerla!
