I agree. The first jacket that I bought in the UK was for when I lived in the Philippines. It was perfect for me on my tricycle, as I was often caught in heavy rain when returning from Gaisano šŸ˜‚

              I was in Moalboal and we were fairly protected by Negros so we seldom felt the full effect of typhoons:)
