Hi, my follow lover's of food. How are you all doing? I hope you all are doing great. I will be sharing to you all my Nigeria recipes of my very tasty and appetising palm oil rice.

I have been carving for palm oil rice since, so I decided to cook up a delicious pot of palm oil rice, a classic Nigerian favourite! I just want to make it natural. First, I gathered all the ingredients I needed: 2 cups of rice, palm oil, onion, seasonal cubes, salt, fresh pepper, crayfish, dry fish or smoke fish, vegetable

I started by rinsing the rice thoroughly and soaking it in water for about 30 minutes.

Next, I added the chopped onions to the pot and sautéed them until they were soft and fragrant. Then, I added the drained rice to the pot, stirring well to coat the rice grains evenly with the palm oil and mix with the onions.

I seasoned with some salt and added a couple of seasoning cubes for extra flavour, stirring everything together. After that, I poured in the 2 cups of water and brought the mixture to a boil.

Once it started boiling, I reduced the heat to low, covered the pot with a tight-fitting lid, and let the rice simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the water was absorbed and the rice was tender. And i then add my vegetables

When the rice was done, I fluffed it gently with a fork, and the aromatic palm oil rice was ready to be served!
