A low budgeted food for breakfast!

One thing I learned when I becomes a mother is how to budget.

What's up hivers?What's up food lovers?
How's everyone here?I hope you are all doing great today.
Whatever the obstacles you are facing right ,believes that everything will be okay.

For today's blog ,I will be sharing to you here our low budgeted food for our breakfast.

Being a mother ,budgeted is one of the thing we must go learn as we're the one who do the budgeting for the family.

I am proud to say that my husband will give all his salary and just asking his allowance to me .
I feel blessed that my husband trusted how I handle or how I budget his salary for us
It's not easy since I am only depending on since I don't have a job and sad to say that some of my side hustles is not warning anymore.
I am so thankful that I am still earning here and feels so grateful for the little earnings I earned here.

As a wife and a mother ,I am trying to do the best I can when in terms of budgeting our money.

We lend a money 5 months before and we need to pay it monthly a s it's the reason why I tightly budgeted my husband's salary.

So for our breakfast ,I tried to make this recipe good for us for our breakfast.

If I cooked this two ingredients individually ,for sure it's not enough for 5 persons so I have to make it enough for us.

We can save money from buying this kind of some the process food and we must have to make it a little healthy food coz were going to serve it to our family.
A hotdog is a processed food and it's not good but adding an egg on it ,it will make a little healthy for us.

Just like the instant noodles ,since it's not healthy for us everytime I prepared it for my family I added some green leafy vegetables that I can pick in our garden to make it a little healthy food .

Anyway for the two hotdogs I have I just sliced it .

And beaten the two eggs we have.

And for the spices I chopped a bell pepper as it's only the spices available in our kitchen now.
Then add a little amount of salt and pepper or you can add your favorite seasoning for a better taste.

Then heat a pan ,add enough amount of cooking oil to cook the mixture.

Flipped the other side when it cooked Nas it ready to serve.

And that's how I prepared our low budgeted breakfast that good for 5 persons.
