🧄 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
🧅 1 tablespoon Onion powder
🌿 1 tablespoon Adobo seasoning
🌶️ 1 tablespoon Sazon
🌶️ 1 tablespoon Paprika
⚫ 1 teaspoon Black pepper
🧂 Salt to taste
🥬 2 stalks Celery, chopped
🧅 1 Yellow onion, chopped
🌶️ 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
🌶️ 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
🧄 4 cloves Garlic, chopped
🍅 2 Tomatoes, diced
🌶️ Scotch bonnet pepper (a small piece)
🌿 1 handful Cilantro, chopped (optional)
🌿 1 teaspoon Thyme
🛢️ 2 tablespoons Oil for frying
🌿 2 tablespoons Flour

For the Cilantro Lime Rice:

🌿 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

Instructions
1- Seasoning the Chicken:
- Rub the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, adobo, sazon, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
2- Searing the Chicken:
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and sear until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the pot and set aside.
