Everyone, How was the day. Hope all are well. After a long time i,m going to share a new recipe. This recipe was healthy and i,m going make it tasty also. Today my main ingredients is red spinach. My children not to want to eat red spinach ever. So for them i,m going to make healthy and tasty red spinach fritter. Let,s start my described how to make red spinach fritter.
This red spinach are organic vegetables. I,m farming it at my home in a small place. This was totally fresh spinach. There was i,m not use any Pesticide fertilizer and The soil of our home is very fertile.Grow all spinach with in a 20 days. So it was easy to farming spinach. I,m picking up some red spinach from ground.And onion leaf also farming from my home land.
2.Chilli -5-6 chilli
3.Chop onion -1 cup
4.Onion leaf - 1/2 cup
5.Mixed vegetable masala -1 small packet
6.Salt -1 tbsp
7.Red chilli powder -1/2 tbsp
8.Tomato -1

First i,m going to wash all red spinach. Then chop all spinach. Then keep keep it in a plate. Other side i,m going to chop 1 cup of onion,1/2 cup of onion leaf,chop one tomato into small pieces. Also chop green chilli.

Now i,m going to give all spices and ingredients one by one. At first i,m going to give chop onion,chop chilli and chop onion leaf over the chop red spinach. Then pour 1 tbsp salt and give also chop tomato.
I,m also give 2 type o spices. I think vegetables spice masala there are have many mixed spices. So i,m going to give 1 packet of vegetables spices. Then give 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder. Now going to mixed it. And make the shape of fritter.
Last step i,m going to take a pan and give some oil into the pan. Now fry all red spinach fritter. When the color was deep radish then i,m going keep it from pan.
Decorated the red spinach i,m going to keep all fritter in a small tray. And decorated it with onion leaf.It was really tasty. Try it at home.
