One of my best veggies to eat is eggplant. I just read this recipe from you. And it seemed that I wanna try this tomorrow. Hope I can secure tofu, this is seldom sold in our market here.

        No problem if you cant find tofu. You can also replace with something else. Or just eggplant itself, no problem 😊
