Hello to all my lovely friends. How is everyone doing? I hope you're all well. How's the weather at home this morning?... Waking up this morning, there were things to remember, and in the end, I had to write them down in my daily diary. I can look back at them and share these little activities with all my lovely friends.

At 7 am, after dropping the kids off at school, it's time to switch to health-conscious mode. I'll park the car near the playground and get some exercise, just to work up a sweat. It's quite quiet and peaceful around my neighborhood this early in the morning, and the air is nice and cool. After that, I'll go for a run while listening to the news. Ah, it's so relaxing to have that moment of complete freedom!

I went for a morning walk for about 30 minutes until 7:30 AM. Then government workers started cleaning the playground in the village, so I stopped walking and drove my motorcycle home.

A small dragonfly with a big head and a long body was perched on an aloe vera plant. I parked my car and walked over to explore the plants and flowers next to the house, as I do every day—it's become a habit for me. The little dragonfly showed itself to me, a lovely morning sight. I whispered to it, "Let me take a picture, don't fly away!" Haha, it stayed still until I finished taking pictures, and then I was the one who had to go ahead.

Today was a full day of housework, both upstairs and downstairs. Afterwards, I went downstairs to make some hibiscus tea, which is very refreshing. My husband has to go to work today, so I also got some hibiscus tea from upstairs and put it in a glass for him to drink on his way.

After making hibiscus juice, I needed something quick to eat. This morning, I had dry instant noodle soup with lots of vegetables and an egg, but it was very filling in one serving.

The housework is done, food is ready, now it's time to enjoy some time to myself by sitting down to eat and watching a series. But happiness often fades quickly, and now the entertainment is about to begin because it's time to pick up the kids at 12:20 PM. Helping the kids get back means taking care of them and preparing food for them—a daily routine until 2:00 PM.

Evenings are a real struggle when it comes to deciding what to eat for each meal. Tonight, I made something simple but healthy for the kids. Our evening menu usually focuses on eggs, vegetables, and pork. I want the meals to be complete for the kids. After dinner, we take the kids for a walk to digest the food at the playground, then we go home and everyone goes about their business and rests as they please. It's become a routine for us. Thanks for reading my post, and see you again, friends!
