Hello everyone how are you all doing today and happy Sunday everyone, I hope you all are enjoying your weekend as for me am enjoying my weekend with this my delicious and healthy vegetables sauce serve with white rice.
So I prepare my health vegetables with love for the hole family and am glad we enjoyed the meal.
INGREDIENTS USED
4 cups of rice
1 bunch of vegetables
1/2 cup of groundnut oil
4 piece of fresh pepper
1 medium onion
Salt to taste
Water.


PROCEDURE
Here is how I prepare my healthy vegetables sauce very easy and simple and it comes out very delicious.
I will first prepare my white rice by putting them into my neat pot add water and cook.
After some minutes I will now bring it down wash and put back into my pot.

I will now add water and cook, I will also add salt to my white rice it makes the white rice more teasty.

While waiting for my rice to get done I will now move to my vegetable sauce
I will first wash my vegetable and slice.
I will also wash and grind my pepper and also wash and slice my onion.

Here my ingredients are ready I will now processed.
In a neat and dry pot I will put my groundnut oil allow to heat I will now put my salt, and also add my onion and stir, I will also add my vegetable and stir before I now add my pepper and stir and also add water allow for some minutes.


Here my rice and vegetables sauce ready.


Looking at this dish is very simple and healthy and I really enjoyed my meal.
