Deliciosas chuletas de cerdo con chalotas/ Delicious pork chops with shallots.

Hello blog friends, I'm back with a new recipe! I don't eat red meat very often because it's expensive, but I also prefer white meat. However, I do like red meat when cooked well, so here I am to tell you how I cooked these pork chops!

For this recipe, you'll need:

  • 3 pork chops
  • 4 shallots
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons fine salt

First, peel the shallots and slice them thinly. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan and cook the shallots for about seven or eight minutes, until they're golden brown.

Set aside the cooked shallot and then add the braciole to the pan with another two tablespoons of oil, seasoning all three braciole evenly.

Cook them thoroughly for fifteen minutes, turning them frequently and ensuring they're cooked through on both sides. Halfway through cooking, add the sprig of rosemary, which will add extra flavor to the braciole. When they're done, sprinkle the shallots on top and give them a final quick reheat. Your delicious shallot braciole will be ready, delicious, and flavorful!
