For this recipe, you'll need:

  • 120 grams of fusilli
  • 230 grams of broccoli
  • 150 grams of tuna
  • 5 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 3 spoons of oil

First, let's take care of the broccoli: clean it and then cut the florets. Prepare a pot of water and salt and bring the broccoli to a boil for fifteen minutes, stirring vigorously or using a whisk to soften it, almost to a pulp.

Mientras tanto, pela el ajo y pícalo en trozos medianos. Añádelo a una sartén con tres cucharadas de aceite y sofríelo durante tres minutos.
