I appreciate you taking the time to do this. I can get all of these things and will give it a try soon. I don't have a grill, nor are we allowed one where I live, so I will have to improvise. I would prefer to not use the mayonnaise, have you ever tried it without that or is it an essential part of the process?

        Without should work but it does give added flavor. Just experiment.
