Roti Seuop or known as steamed bread is a traditional bread recipe. Where this processed bread is prepared during special events as a menu to be served to guests. Steamed bread has a sweet and savory taste with a mixture of coconut milk and also pandan juice as a natural coloring that makes it more fragrant and authentic. In the past, steamed bread was wrapped in banana leaves to get the distinctive aroma of the leaves. But over time this steamed bread has been made modern by preparing it in a container.
