This time I will invite you to make one of the easy dishes inspired by the tofu pancakes that I usually enjoy. But I tried to combine tofu with string beans. Then make it in Teflon and make it as long bean tofu pancake. This recipe is my own imagination, I don't know why I thought of making this for my lunch this time. Hehe maybe because the ingredients I have are just that, so the imagination appeared instantly to make this recipe when lunch came.
Long bean tofu pancakes have a unique, savory taste with the flavor I wanted. Adding a little salty and spicy sensation so that the taste is enough to upload tastes later. Well actually there is a funny story when making this dish, initially I printed it on a round mold but because my mold is not non-stick. They stick to the mold. As a result I added to the bow by printing pancakes on Teflon and the results are no less beautiful.
Here I will show you the step by step preparation of making long bean tofu pancakes.
Ingredients Used
50 grams of long beans
1 stalk of spring onion
1 celery leaf
1 clove red onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon wheat flour
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Making Procedure
The first step I started by chopping the string beans, chopping the string beans into small pieces.
Next, slice the garlic and shallots and then grind them until smooth.
After the spices are smooth, add the white tofu and crush it with the pestle until smooth.

Then season with white garlic powder and also ground pepper.
Stir until evenly distributed and then add with long bean pieces and celery leaves.

Add a little salt and a little water, then stir if the texture is right heat a non-stick pan.

Result
Yeay so happy that the long bean tofu pancakes are ready to be enjoyed, I added a sprinkle of chili sauce and tomatoes on top of the pancakes. Then sprinkled seaweed pieces and sesame seeds. It was unexpectedly delicious, the softness of the tofu texture with the long bean mixture cut into small pieces was very good. In addition, the spices that are combined in it produce an extraordinary taste.
Spicy sweet and savory, it gave me something extraordinary in addition to the combination of the flavors of the long kcang which, if not over-cooked, becomes crispy. I love the texture that makes this dish rich in flavor.
