Soft desserts are always the most important dish at certain events at home. A calm atmosphere with a delicious dish to enjoy with loved ones is a wonderful treat.

Family and food play the most important roles in a home. Food has a huge influence on our families, and we may consider a comfortable place to be the most eagerly awaited thing. However, in my opinion, the most basic need comes from food. Learning from yesterday's disaster, it turns out that I was very worried about food shortages and how my family and I would be able to enjoy healthy food in the future. And perhaps almost everyone worries about their family. However, we are endlessly grateful that we did not experience as much as others did.

Foodies, did you know that this dish I prepared is made from very simple ingredients? Marie biscuits, which are one of the most well-known products in Indonesia. They are enjoyed by many layers of Indonesian society. They are even used to create various types of dishes.

This time, I want to make one of the pudding recipes from these biscuits, of course with a combination of milk that makes it even more delicious. This dish is a recipe that you can enjoy with 2 to 5 people with large portions, in my opinion. Here are the step-by-step preparations.

Ingredients

1 packet of agar powder
10 Marie biscuits
900 ml of full-cream milk
1 egg yolk
¼ teaspoon of vanilla powder
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
5 tablespoons of granulated sugar

Procedure for Making

In a saucepan, add granulated sugar and cornstarch, then add 1 egg yolk.

Add full cream milk, then stir until well blended and the cornstarch dissolves.

Then add the agar-agar powder while stirring again.

Then add the vanilla powder and cook until boiling while stirring slowly.

While waiting for the agar-agar to cool slightly after cooking, I prepared the Marie biscuits, crushed them, and arranged them in a baking pan.

Finally, once warm, carefully add the cooked agar-agar to the pan slowly. The Marie biscuits will float to the top, so once slightly cooled, gently press them into the pudding. Then let the pudding set and refrigerate.

Result

Serve the pudding after it has cooled and set, remove it from the mold, and see how beautiful and perfectly hardened it is. The Marie biscuits did not crumble at all because I soaked them in the pudding, so they also set.

Prepare and serve it for your beloved husband. You know he loves it, especially when the pudding is enjoyed cold after being taken out of the refrigerator.

It has a perfect soft texture with a hint of sweetness and a milky flavor that makes it very delicious. Rich, creamy, and incredibly delicious—I love it, especially since my husband is so happy. He said that after so long, he could finally enjoy pudding again. It’s true that it’s been a long time since I made pudding—maybe two months—and it’s not without reason. Besides being busy tidying up the house, I also haven’t had time to go to the city to shop.
