Vegan lovers today is a special day for all of us, yesterday I have run a big day celebration in the Eid al-Adha. The event went very family-friendly at home with a variety of special dishes that I prepared for my extended family. Well one of them is this special carrot dish!.
Steamed Sweet Carrot Cake
Steamed carrot cake is a traditional cake similar to a talam cake, this cake is a cake that is steamed in a mold with a variety of different recipes. However, the name is almost similar to what is known as talam cake, this cake is actually very different from the original recipe, which usually uses coconut milk as an ingredient. This one doesn't use it at all, relying only on granulated sugar with a mixture of several other ingredients that will definitely be very easy to prepare.
So curious isn't it, with the recipe let's see the preparation steps!.
Ingredients Needed
150 gram flour
50 gram tapioca flour
250 ml water
