Chocolate Flower Semprit Cookies

Ingredients
20 grams cornstarch
20 grams milk powder
20 grams cocoa powder
50 grams margarine
50 grams butter
50 grams egg whites.
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
70 grams powdered sugar
Making Procedure
Combine flour, cornstarch, milk powder in one container and stir the dry dough until evenly mixed. Make sure everything matches the composition of the ingredients. You can sift the flour first so that there are no bumps.
Add the cocoa powder and stir again until everything is evenly mixed. Make sure all the dry dough has been stirred then prepare the wet ingredients.
Beat the egg whites butter and sugar until fluffy, beat with a mixer to make it more even and fluffy quickly.
Slowly enter the dry mixture little by little until it is evenly mixed while mixing everything.
If the dough is just right stir by hand and all the dough is no longer sticky, then prepare the mold, put a little dough in the mold.
Press the mold until it releases a flower shape, well I made two layers of flowers to make it more beautiful and textured.
If everything is ready in the pan is full I add chocolate chokochip topping or give other colors can also according to taste.
Then oven for approximately 60 minutes using top and bottom heat with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. Don't forget to change the position of the pan while baking so that it cooks evenly.
Result
The chocolate syringe cake with flower motif is ready to be enjoyed, after it cools down to room temperature I immediately store it in an airtight jar. This is so that the syringe stays crispy when you want to enjoy it, if you store it at room temperature the cake will be mushy and reduce the quality of the taste.
The texture when enjoyed is crispy, soft and not hard at all, with a sweet flavor that is really delicious. Like cookies in general, this cake has a fragrant aroma, the aroma of chocolate and the distinctive smell of butter is enough to make all corners of the room smell when baked. It's nice to be able to enjoy a delicious chocolate cake without having to spend a lot of money to buy it. This cake is also very popular with children, so I prepared this cake during Lebaran yesterday and it became a bone of contention for all of them.
