This dessert has always intrigued me, the last time I enjoyed it was when I was invited by a friend to her house. The creamy and soft dessert made me fall in love with it.
Silky Mango Pudding
Silky pudding is a very soft pudding, processed from cornstarch and milk making it very special. This pudding is also enjoyed with a spoon directly because it is very soft. So what I made this time is mango silky pudding processed from mango with a mixture of milk and cornstarch. I added a little jelly powder to make the pudding more sturdy. But the original recipe does not use jelly at all, it all depends on each taste.
As we know pudding is very suitable to be enjoyed as a dessert, after we enjoy heavy meals of course. Now as someone who likes sweet dishes, of course this is perfect for me.

Ingredients
1 mango nutrijel
100 ml sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
400 ml water
To taste mango pieces
Making Procedure
Half of the mango is juiced with 100 ml of water until it is like juice.
Add water then sweetened condensed milk in a cooking container, then stir until evenly distributed.
Then add cornstarch while stirring until fully mixed without grinding.
Then add the juice into the cooking pot stirring until evenly distributed and then cook.
Cook until boiling and cooked then pour in aluminum foil or any mold.
Serving Suggestion
Serve the silky pudding on top of the mango pieces and then add the basil seeds that have been soaked with warm water. Don't forget to add sweetened condensed milk on top, taraa... look at this very tempting right?
Silky mango pudding is ready to be enjoyed at room temperature or after you have stored it for a while in the refrigerator. Very tasty and very fresh, the combination of mango and milk and cornstarch gives it a wonderful texture.
