This long holiday I have to arrange a new schedule to spend time at home or enjoy traveling with my family. While at home I also have to prepare delicious food for a delicious family meal of course. Choose everyone's favorite ingredients at relatively cheap prices now.
Some time ago I bought small shrimp at a price of 15,000 per ½ kilogram. I haven't made anything at home, so because I saw that I had broccoli in stock that I had soaked in salt water and kept in the refrigerator, I had to make something delicious for this weekend.
Sauteed Spicy Broccoli Shrimp
Broccoli and shrimp dish is one of the delicious dishes that I make very often at home. This is because all my family likes this menu at home. This dish has a fantastic taste, the delicious combination of vegetables and small shrimp makes your appetite increase several times. So, because I like spicy at home, I always make it a little spicy, but if you don't want it, don't use cayenne pepper to avoid the spiciness. Just use green chilies, it will be more delicious.
Ingredients
100 grams is already small
5 green chilies
6 red onions
1 clove of garlic
5 cayenne peppers
2 spring onions
Cooking Procedure
Prepare all the ingredients, wash them shirmp and marinate briefly with salt. Then chop the shallots and garlic.

Next, cut the green chilies and also the bird's eye chilies.
Then it's time to stir-fry them, Heat just enough cooking oil, then add the garlic and shallots.
Cook until golden brown, then add the shrimp and cook until half cooked.

Also add chopped 1 tomato along with green chilies, cook until wilted

Add the broccoli pieces, stir and stir-fry until the broccoli is wilted.

then cut the leeks lengthwise about 2 cm, then add to the cooking pan.

Stir until evenly mixed and cook again then sprinkle with salt and wait until cooked.

Stir-fried shrimp broccoli is ready to be used, just look at how the shrimp broccoli combines well, the aroma is very fragrant. The addition of spring onions is enough to add to the taste, so I deliberately added the spring onions at the end of the process so they don't wilt too much. Well, because I prefer the leeks not to be overcooked to improve the quality of the taste. The natural sweet and spicy taste of shrimp and broccoli is enough to increase my appetite.
I enjoyed these with warm white rice at lunchtime, and I finished them in no time because they were really, really good. For those of you who don't have an idea for a menu to eat at this celebration, try this dish in a version that suits your taste, whether spicy or not.
