The typical Palembang pineapple chili sauce is ready to be served, it tastes spicy, sweet, savory all in one. There is a little sourness from the pineapple, and one other thing because pineapple releases water so the chili is a bit liquid at the end. Maybe if you want a thicker sauce you can cook it a little longer when putting in the pineapple. But this is the risk that the pineapple will be crushed. Maybe you can outsmart it by cutting the pineapple bigger.

Well everything depends on your taste, which is clear that this pineapple sauce has the right taste and is very tasty. For those of you who are confused about processing pineapple like what I think i i is the best way to enjoy it even though it is a bit more spicy.
