Well today I will invite you to make one of the fresh drinks for me to break the fast at home. Namely drinks from processed avocados, avocados are quite fitting to be processed into drinks to break the fast. So yesterday I took the initiative to buy this ripe avocado at the market.
Syrup Blossom Telang With Avocado
Avocado bunga telang is one of the whipped avocado preparations that is paired with the bunga telang syrup that I make at home. Of course, the addition of other ingredients such as sweetened condensed milk to add the avocado flavor that you really miss to enjoy it.

Ingredients Used
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
200 ml water
10 flowers bjnga telag
Making Procedure
Heat the water then add the telang flower, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, then boil until it releases the color of the flower.
Separate the avocado flesh from the skin then shake or mash it in the glass.
Add sweetened condensed milk and sugar, then shake again until everything is dissolved.
Results
Arrange in a serving glass, here I use a fairly large juice glass so that when I break the fast later I just add ice cubes on top so that it is cold and fresh. The first layer I added the avocado flesh then the second layer I added the cooled bay flower syrup. Look at the result, it's so pretty, I love it.
