Semoor Djawa,

Belanda Toto style

Inspired by the Indonesian kitchen, I made a Belanda Toto version of Semoor Djawa. Served with Pandan Rice.

There's Broccoli in it, thanks to a conversation with MasterChef Meesterboom. As a response to his latetst publication on Hive. (Really, just click here to view it.)

The food is joined by a fine Belgian Blond, named Duvel. And for dessert I will have a piece of 'Spekkoek'. Of which I do not know the Malasian name. It's a very tasteful layered cake.

Well, I'm going to have dinner now, so Selamat Makan! To which the French would say: "Bon Appetit!"
