After quite a long break I am participating in one of my favourite contests - @tattoodjay 's Wednesday Walk challenge.
Today, my walk was around my favourite taverna on the island of Rhodes in Greece. So, it was not long but you will see how picturesque it was.
The taverna itself looks very modest, it does not pretend to be something special but it definitely is.
When in Greece, I like visiting places which I know well for the quality of the food they serve. This taverna definitely is one of such places, what is more, it has amazing surrounding.
I started walking around it and had immediately stop to take some pictures of pretty shadows - my hello to our dear @melinda010100 , and I hope she will like them ❤️,
The boats of fishermen are waiting for the morning to go on their everyday "sea hunting".
And the other boats most of which are for tourists. Sea trips are very popular here.
The flowers near the entrance are wonderful, I could not resist to take their photos too.
And here we are, waiting for the local Greek food inside the taverna with the view on the small church surrounded with the sea and on the bay with the long beach and the willage behind.
The food was delicious, and that became a great final stop for my today's Wednesday walk around my favourite Fish taverna in Greece.
