Hello friends! Today, I want to tell you about my experience that approaches the concept of "eating out" from a slightly different angle. We usually share restaurants and cafes on this platform, but for me, a real "dining out" experience is to sometimes walk through the door of someone I love and feel that warmth at home. I had just such an experience last night; with the kind invitation of my cousin, our ways fell to their house.

Beautiful Invitation After Work
We all know; after a busy working day, sometimes one is not in the mood to enter the kitchen. Just as we were in this mood, my cousin called us and invited us to dinner. We left the workplace together and went to them. When we entered the house, that fatigue immediately gave way to a sweet conversation. My cousin and his roommate had already gone to the kitchen without even getting rid of the tiredness of the day and had already started preparing for us. Seeing them working in harmony in the kitchen reminded me once again of what true friendship and hospitality mean.

That appetizing smell from the kitchen enveloped the whole house. The main hero of the menu was baked chicken wings. The chickens were marinated and cooked so beautifully that it was crispy on the outside and the inside was fried like a pomegranate. When the sauce worked all over the chicken, combined with the unique taste of the oven, a complete feast came out. As you can see in the photos, even the color harmony in that tray was enough to whet one's appetite.

A Special Technique: Strained Rice
Let's come to the companion next to you... There was not only a rice on the table, but almost a masterpiece. In our culture, rice has a different place, but this rice was a little more special. This pilaf, which is made using long and fine-grained rice, is actually prepared with a method we call "straining". First, we boil the rice in plenty of water, when it reaches its full consistency, we strain it and then let it brew in its own steam. The result? A rice that spills grain by grain, never sticks together and offers that pure rice flavor in its most natural form. Has anyone tried this method before? Or are you still in favor of the classic roasting method? Let's definitely meet in the comments!

My cousin's roommate was not idle either, he had prepared a wonderful salad to color the table. There was nothing in it! A salad with plenty of ingredients, decorated with fresh greens, full consistency with sauce... The little gherkin pickles on the table and those small green peppers, which are indispensable for spicy lovers, took the taste of the dish to the next level. That sweet burning of the pain was a perfect contrast to the duo of chicken and rice.

Diet? What Is That!
The funniest part was that when we sat down at the table, we all said, "We are actually on a diet, let's not eat too much." In fact, that's why we kept the bread completely away from the table. But when those saucey, oily and delicious wings came to the table, diet plans had to be postponed to the next Monday! Who could resist those beautiful wings?

At the end of the day, our stomachs were full, but more importantly, our souls were full. The stress, hustle and fatigue of business life were blown away with a plate of hot food and that intimate conversation with the people you love. I send my thanks again from here to my cousin and his roommate who gave us this wonderful evening, went into the kitchen tired and prepared this feast.
