Yesterday being Sunday I made a sweet creamy salad which I want to share my recipe with you all. I made this salad for my family which they really enjoyed.
INGREDIENTS
800g of cabbage
443ml of low fat mayonnaise
4 egg
4 medium carrots
2 medium onions
I green bell pepper
150g of green beans
PREPARATIONS
Firstly I started by washing my eggs and put it inside kettle and add water then I allowed it to boil for about 5 minutes.
Secondly I started to pill my carrots and wash, remove the back of my cabbage and wash too pill and wash my onions, remove the seed of the green pepper and wash them I also wash my green beans
So after washing my veggies I started to slice them,I sliced my carrots, cabbage, green beans, green pepper and onion.
After slicing the veggies I went I brought out my eggs and started to pill the back then I separated the yolk and the white part,then I sliced the white part into smaller size then I use my spoon to mesh the yolk
Then I started to add my mayonnaise on inside the blended yolk then I mixed both together,I made sure that it was mixed very well.
Then I brought out a bowl and I started to add my veggies in side the bowl,I added my cabbage,carrot,green beans, green pepper and onion,and also I added my sliced white egg then I added my creamy mayonnaise and egg yolk
Then I mixed the veggies with the cream and my creamy salad is ready
