Hello everyone, vegan lovers am happy to share how i made green vegetables sauce with white rice. This is my first time posting here. I was thinking of what to eat and i don't want to eat junk food so i went out to buy what i will prepare but guess what!! I bought green vegetables for sauce,i love green vegetables because it is good for the body and also they are reach in vitamins,fiber and antioxidants.

Thse are the ingredients i used for the sauce:
3 large tomatos
4 hot pepper
3 medium carrot
1 cooking spoon vegetables oil
200g green vegetables
1 large onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 know Maggie
1 medium green paper
COOKING PROCESS
Step1
Washing my green vegetables and slicing it
Step 2 slicing my washed carrot, tomatos, onion,green paper and and hot papper
Step3
Placing a clean cooking pot on fire and adding 1 cooking spoon vegetables oil, after adding the oil i added my onion an allow it to cook like 5seconds.The next thing i added is my tomatoes so i allowed the tomatoes to cook like 4 to 5 minutes so that the water it brings out will dry,i then added my carrot and papper and allows it like 4 minutes,so i put my maggi and 1 teaspoon of salt and mix it well.
Step 4
I added my green vegetables and allows it to cook
Guess what my vegetables sauce is done,so i quickly bring out 2 cups of rice , i washed my rice thoroughly and put it in a boiling water and allowed it to cook in the pot.
My food is ready and am enjoying it with happiness.i will like you to try it and tell me how it taste
