Good evening my lovely guys!!! How are you guys doing , i made a simple jellof rice with love and i want to share my recipe.actually this is my first time posting here and am happy to be in this community.
My procedures :
900g of rice
1kg fish
2 searchet tomatoes
Fish stock
Vegetable oil
Spices
Seasonings
1 onion
2 small ginger and 4 pices of garlic
I table spoon of salt
2 table spoon of grinded paper
Bayleaf
MY COOKING STEP1
I started by per boiling the rice for like 5 minutes .
STEP 2
As i was per boiling the rice i started to fry my fish.
I poured my vegetables oil on the frying pan and add onion then put my fish and fried.
STEP 3
I started by washing the rice properly and setting aside
STEP 4
I pill my onion, garlic, ginger and wash them.i slice my onion and then blend my ginger and garlic with mortar.
STEP5
I put my clean pots on fire pour my oil,i used the oil for fish to cook the Jollof rice.i added my onion add my tomato paste.leave the tomato for like 3 minutes then add my garlic and ginger mix it very and then add my spices.
STEP6
I added my fish stock, paper, salt,maggi and then add small water and allow it to boil for minutes .
Lastly i added the rice mixed very well and allowed it to cook.
Guys rice is done and ready to serve.
