Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons of dried grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- melted chocolate (optional)
Steps:
- Peel the ripe bananas

- Place them in a bowl

- Add the shredded coconut and pinch of salt

Mash the bananas and mix them with the dried shredded coconut
Add the vanilla extract




- Mix until well combined

- Take the dough and shape it into balls

- Place them on a tray and flatten them

- Repeat until all the dough is used up


- Bake at 320°F for 30 minutes



- Melt the chocolate and spread it on top of the cookies as a topping




- Let them sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens


- The banana coconut cookies are ready to eat
