Bok choy with garlic and oyster sauce is the easiest meal I can make at home. It makes a great side dish for lunch or dinner. It goes well with warm rice and can be eaten as a snack on a diet. It requires simple ingredients and little time.

Ingredients:

  • Two bunches of baby bok choy

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce

  • Ground white pepper

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch solution

  • Cooking oil to taste

  • Salt for flavor (optional).

Steps:

  1. Clean the bok choy and remove the ends.

  1. Mince the garlic and set it aside.

  1. Boil the vegetables for three minutes or according your taste, then set them aside.

  1. Sauté the minced garlic until browned.

  1. Add water.

  1. Bring the water to a boil, then add the pepper, oyster sauce, and salt.

  2. Then, add the cornstarch solution until the mixture thickens.

  1. Place the vegetables on a plate and pour the oyster and garlic sauces over them.

  1. Bok choy with oyster sauce is ready to serve!
