I couldn't find what the indigenous people of the area called them. The settlers that came to the area called them Faith, Hope and Charity and eventually it just morphed into the Three Sisters. Broken Top on the left of the picture got its name from looking broken I think. :)

That's great, I used to be a fan of Sketch from Pixiv which was a website that encourage mangakas earn money while drawing. You can tip them while doing their work. Unfortunately the site was sort of shutdown to live streams. There are some alternatives but not as good for tipping. Maybe this is something Hive could do with 3Speak or VIMM.

Yeah you can stream with whatever tool you want to stream with. Some even put a camera over a paper and pen, and hand draw. But yeah PIXIV was mostly Japanese driven. But the point is having the look and feel and ecosystem friendly for Mangakas.

Unlike before, that we may not even have light for a week straight, I can say it is way better now. At least for like two weeks now, we've been having light for at least 7-8hours each day. I still believe electricity should be stable, like 24/7. But then... It is well ❤️🩹

We had some rain a few weeks back and all of the sudden we were bombarded with something we had never experienced before, midges. Like what?! Swarms of them everywhere. Do not go out in the evening or night. Do not leave any lights on outside. Close your windows and do not turn on your a/c window unit. We did that and when I walked into Studio B the next day, it was covered in midge corpses everywhere. I mean everywhere. So gross. Turns out the a/c unit was sucking them in and pouring them into the studio. Ugh. We're waiting them out and hoping they go away soon.
We've lived out here for going on four years. We'd never seen anything like that before. They don't bite, but they swarm and get into everything. It's a gross annoyance. I get that bugs need to do what bugs need to do, but can't they do that somewhere else? Geez.
LOL. You're probably not wrong. Maybe they were on sabbatical for the last four years? Or maybe this is their big midge family reunion. Who knows. At this stage, anything is possible.

Agreed. We live in the countryside and so we're pretty accustomed to deer, fox, squirrels, raccoons, opossums, wild boars, packs of wild dogs, snakes, lizards, vultures, predator birds, and all sorts of lovely colorful birds, and yes all manner of bugs.
And you are so right, we humans are everywhere. So in the big picture a few weeks of dealing with them as they live their short and frenzied life is not really a big deal. I think the big thing was that they were unexpected. So our entire area was surprised. However, now that they've made an appearance, if we see them again at this same time next year, we will now know what to do and how long their season lasts. It's the ebb and flow of life.
I feel revived whenever I peep into the Word of God.

Interesting premise for a horror series. I think one thing that makes these types of stories interesting is the mystery behind it.
I usually watch these types of movies with my hands over my eyes. Or pacing behind the couch because of the suspense. I like the mystery, but not the gore or jump scares.

Huhm, okay.The thing is people should actually love and value us for who we are and not for what they can benefit from us. And in as much as we can all agree that it's to transactional, you will as well agree that there's no way you won't benefit from someone you claim to value..
Yes your actually right there is no how you wouldn't get support from someone you claim to law and take care about you too but most people are used it that's why because that when they've not been else to benefit from you the just this discard you
I mean, in life, you give, you take. That's just it. The only thing I just feel is that, you shouldn't be there for someone only when you can benefit from them, you should value them even when they don't have anything to offer. So do you still value them when they have nothing?

How much more humans? People will always love you genuinely but something must give.
If you aren't behaving the way they think their loved ones should or you're not reciprocating their feelings, they will eventually let you go.

I prefer both physical and online work. Online work brings about sedentary lifestyle which I don't really like.
You're right. Having a car makes a lot of things easier. But frankly, even if I make enough to get one in the future, it wouldn't change the fact that remote work offers me more stability, as long as it's in this country.
I also understand the cons of remote work. However, I believe it will only be easier if one intentionally tries to strike a Balance.

Perhaps, I could have leaned towards physical jobs for the face to face human interaction but well, my once in a while days out of the house could cover up 🙈🤭
Haha. Physical jobs are a chore in this country. Nothing makes it easier and that's why I'll never choose it if I had choices.

Exactly. The major problem is not being able to interact with as much people or make physical friends. But I think that can still be done if one sets aside time for physical meet ups.

I prefer remote work o, something I can just do in the comfort of my own space. No need to worry about beating traffic and all of that. Both has their advantages and disadvantages though... Even still, remote job all the way 🤪🤪
