Hello cutie patooties!
So, for me, breakfast is one of the most important meal of the day and I like to eat my carbs in the morning for energy but I always try to incorporate some protein.
One of the most frequent breakfast I have is oatmeal with chia. I have dozens of different recipes, and today I want to share with you one of them.
First of all you’ll need a **ramekin **or a heat-resistant container and a **saucepan **or a little pot.
Ingredients for two portions:
•60 grams oats
•30 grams chia seeds
•200 ml oat milk/ almond milk/ water (anything you like)
•40-50 grams of berry jam
•one proteic yogurt (mine has 170 grams)
•20 grams black chocolate
•one rice waffle
Instructions:
This recipe is gonna be one pan, so put your milk/water in the saucepan and heat it well but don’t boil it. Put 30 grams oats in every ramekin, and pour 100 ml of the heated milk in each.

Now, in the same pan, put 3-4 tablespoons of your jam and heat it until it’s fluid, then add the chia seeds.

Keep it on medium heat for 4-5 minutes then add the chia jam to the oats.
Put the chocolate in the saucepan on low heat to melt and meanwhile add the yogurt in your ramekin. I used a high protein yogurt with blackberries, blueberries 🫐, black currant and cranberries.

When the chocolate has melted, crunch the rice waffle in the pan and combine them together.

Put the crunchy chocolate rice on the top of your berry chia oatmeal, cover it with a plastic wrap or an airtight lid, let it cool in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hours and enjoy!
Let me know how you like to eat your oatmeal and if you want more recipes with chia oatmeal from me! As I mentioned, I have dozens of them!
My favorite way to eat chia oats is with pineapple, but that will be another recipe to share!
Stay fit and healthy! ♥️
