- Good evening from Thailand!🤗 Today, I have a dessert recipe to share with everyone. It's a snack that’s easy to make with just a few ingredients and takes very little preparation time. If you love bananas and want to try making a homemade treat, I recommend this recipe. However, you can always adjust the ingredients to suit your taste.

🍌 Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 5 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 cup of chocolate
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of coarsely ground roasted peanuts

🫕 Procedure
- I start by preparing the bread. Using a round cutter, press down the center and roll it flat and thin , or you can use your fingers to press it. Press it evenly across the slice.

Cut the bananas into segments and place them vertically in the center of the bread slice.
Use a knife to score the bread into four sections, as shown in the picture.

- Lightly brush the bread with egg yolk or you can use water or fresh milk instead.

- Fold the bread up to wrap the banana, pressing gently where the bread overlaps to help it stick together better.

- Repeat the same process until all five pieces are done.

- Brush the edges of the bread all around with egg yolk.

- Sprinkle with granulated sugar.

- Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.

- Meanwhile, I’ll prepare the chocolate by melting it in the microwave or you can use a double boiler over boiling water.

- Once the dessert is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Drizzle with chocolate.

- Top with coarsely ground roasted peanuts. Enjoy while warm.

- I really love the texture and taste of this dessert! The outside is a lightly crispy shell, while the inside has a fragrant, soft, warm, and sweet banana filling that melts in the mouth.

- It pairs perfectly with the chocolate sauce drizzled on top. The roasted peanuts I sprinkled on add a crunchy texture and nutty aroma, making every bite a perfect blend of flavors and textures.

- I’m so impressed with it. It can be enjoyed as an afternoon snack or as a dessert after a meal. If you try making it, I’m sure you’ll love it just like I do. Thanks for stopping by! 🤗
