Materials Used.
Washed and cleaned well dried sprats 100g.
4 or 5 onions, cut into large pieces.
6 green chilies, cut in half.
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Teaspoons of mustard paste.
1 Teaspoon of crushed garlic and ginger paste.
3 Teaspoon of Sugar.
Some Coconut oil.
Salt to taste.
1 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.

The cooking process as follows.
Now let’s get ready to prepare the dish.Take a pan and add some coconut oil, heat it on the stove, and then add the dried sprats, onions, and green chilies. Sauté them well until fragrant.
Next, take a clay pot and add one tablespoon of coconut oil. Place it on the stove, and once the oil is heated, add the mustard paste, chopped onions, and ginger paste. Mix well and let it sauté for a while until fragrant.
Next, add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and vinegar to the mixture, and stir well to combine everything.
Next, add the fried dried sprats, onions, green chilies, and a little sugar to the mixture, then mix well. Cook for about two minutes and remove from the heat.
