What I love with these pink pepper plants, is that you don't have to do anything with them...

They take care of themselves and we just have to pick up the ripen peppers when they are ready!

I made a walk nearby these pepper plants earlier today and was surprised to see so many peppers getting ready to be picked.

They need to be fully red/pink in color before we can pick them up.

Another freebie from mother nature...

Will definitely make some nice pink pepper as well as aromatise oil with pink peppers!

But first, they need to be fully ripe and then i will dry them up in the sun!

Once I have the dried pink peppers in hand, then I can do so many different things with them.

Ps. You will discover all the recipe I do with them on my blogs
