Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Herbed Egg Flatbread, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Golden Red Lentil Stew with Egg & Herbs.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Egg ( 1 )
- Red Lentil ( 150 grams )
- Yougrt ( 2 sp )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
- Green Chillies
- Tomato ( 1 )
- Salt, turmeric & red chilli powder ( 1 tbsp )
- Cumin & Coriander Powder ( 1 tbsp )
- Water ( 3 cup )
- Green Coriander
- Hot Spice
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So first I poured half a cup of cooking oil into a pan and then added the red lentils which I had soaked for a while.
Now I fried the lentils for a while and then beat an egg and added that too.

When both the egg and lentils were well fried, I added a cup of water to it and left it to cook.

When the lentils were cooked well, I dried the remaining water and took it out in a pot.
Now I took half a cup of cooking oil again in the same pot and then added finely chopped garlic to it and fried it.

After frying the garlic, I added finely chopped onion, green chillies and tomato to it and fried them for some time.
Then added the lentil and egg paste that was made in it.

Fry these green spices and the mixture of lentils and eggs well.
Now I took two spoons of Yougrt in a small bowl and added salt, ground red chilli, turmeric, cumin and coriander powder to it and mixed it well.

Now I added this Yougrt and roasted it for some time and then I added two cups of water and left it to cook.

After cooking for a while, I took it off the stove, so now you can see how thick and creamy it has become.
In last, I garnished it with fresh coriander and hot spices.

The warmth of subtle spices blends beautifully with the natural sweetness of red lentils, creating a comforting yet refined bowl.
Final Look:
This golden red lentil stew is gently simmered to a creamy perfection, enriched with tender egg and fragrant green herbs.
