Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of HomeStyle Daal Keema Recipe, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Golden Roast Beef Masala.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Boneless Beef ( 500 grams )
  • Oil ( 1 cup )
  • Onion ( 100 grams )
  • Garlic ( 1 bulb )
  • Water ( 2 cup )
  • Tomato ( 100 grams )
  • Yogurt ( 1 cup )
  • Salt, turmeric & chilli flexes ( according to taste )
  • Ground red chillies & Black pepper ( 1tbsp )
  • Hot spice ( 1 sp )
  • Green Chillies ( 3 )
  • Fresh Green Coriander ( handful)

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So first I washed the boneless beef well and cut it into small pieces.
Now I put the beef pieces in the pressure cooker.
I added roughly chopped onion, garlic cloves and chopped tomatoes to it.

Now I added green chilies and salt to it, then added a cup of water to it and put it on the Steamer for about 20 minutes.

After removing it from the steamer, you can see that the beef has cooked very well and the water that was in it has dried up.
Now I added a cup of oil to it and roasted it for a while.
Then I added ground spices to it, which include ground red chilies, chilli flexes and turmeric.

After roasting the ground spices, I added yogurt to it and cooked it for a little while and now I added ground black pepper to it.

Now for the gravy, I added a cup of water to it and cooked it until it thickened.
So that the beef becomes a masala gravy.
Now at the end, I sprinkled hot spices and fresh coriander on it.

This Royal Yogurt Beef Roast looks wonderfully rich and full of flavor.
Every bite promises a delicious balance of tenderness, warmth, and deep homemade flavors, making this dish both comforting and irresistibly appetizing.

Final Look:

The tender boneless beef pieces, slow-cooked with fresh green spices and then roasted in aromatic ground spices and creamy yogurt, create a beautifully thick and glossy masala.

The vibrant coriander garnish adds freshness, while the golden oil around the edges reflects a perfectly roasted finish.

I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
